Coaches
Habit coaches, and only habit coaches.
Every Kindly Habits coach is a habit coach. Their credential is coaching routines, and that is all they claim. They are not doctors, dietitians or counselors, and they do not give medical advice.
What your coach does
Sets one small step
Each week your coach picks a single step for your track, small enough that you would do it on a bad day.
Answers every check-in
Your one-minute reply gets a human answer by the next business day. No scripts, no auto-replies.
Reviews the month with you
On a 15-minute call your coach looks at your streaks, asks what got in the way and helps you choose the next track.
Celebrates small wins
A streak of three days is a streak. Your coach says so.
What your coach does not do
- Give medical, nutrition or health advice, or comment on any condition or medicine
- Offer counseling of any kind
- Ask for body measurements or numbers of any kind
If you have a question about your own health, please ask a doctor or pharmacist.
How you are matched
When you join you choose a first track and tell us the time of day you can usually check in. We match you with a coach who works those hours and keep you with the same coach unless you ask to change. You can ask for a different coach at any time by emailing [email protected].
